For our client, we have recently enriched the functionality of entering Tasks with so-called Repeated Tasks. These are actually activities that we perform regularly at a certain interval. For example, regular checks, regular sending of marketing materials, etc.
By creating a so-called Recurring Task, there is no need to create a new task each time, basically always with the same task, just with a different due date. In addition, all created task repeats are automatically displayed separately in the user’s calendar.
Each recurrence is essentially a separate task in the system with the date of the corresponding day. Thus, we can record for each repetition (relevant date) the details that were directly related to this particular repetition.
