PV SERVICE PLUS s.r.o.
With the enormous increase in demand in the field of photovoltaics for family houses, we had to quickly hire dozens of new people, the administration associated not only with HR, but also with the processing of inquiries and the related circulation of documents and information began to increase. At that point, the original concept of “when you edit the spreadsheet, send me a copy” became a critical point in our operation. After testing about 15 CRMs and ERPs and attending several meetings, we decided to go with Apertia’s AutomaticERP system. From the beginning, we liked the openness of the system, the possibilities and its own configuration and automation. Thus, as an ERP administrator, I am not fully dependent on Apertia’s IT team and I don’t have to run to them with every “crap” if I think of something at two in the night. But even so, they were fully available to me throughout the development, even at night, helping me understand the system not only user-wise but also technically. And I can add other features as needed to get rid of the spreadsheets. The ERP that we jointly developed has greatly simplified our data handling, reduced errors to a minimum, and the company managers have the much-loved, real-time updated, graphs, statistics and other outputs on almost any information that ran through the system. Frantisek Koudelka of STS Chvojkovice-Brod would, with his fitness chart from his new generation UK120 computer, really be watching.
