Our basic development item is an open platform that allows the creation of so-called puzzle system. It was the openness and ability to intervene in the existing solution that were the main factors in choosing a suitable information system. After several months of market research, we decided to use the system from AutoCRM, because we have the opportunity to develop the system ourselves, create our own entities, and mainly automate processes. After the first year of full use, we have created at least twice as many entities as we started and counted on at the beginning. Due to the positive experience we have gained so far, we have decided to integrate the AutoCRM information system into our second company. Last but not least, I would like to highlight the technical support from AutoCRM developers, which is key for us.

Po několika měsíčním průzkumu trhu jsme se rozhodli, využívat systém od AutoCRM, a to z toho důvodu, že máme možnost si systém tzv. dovyvíjet sami, tvořit vlastní entity, a hlavně automatizovat procesy. Po prvním roce plnohodnotného užívání máme vytvořený minimálně dvojnásobný počet entit, než se kterými jsme začínali a počítali na začátku.
