In the calendar you can send invitations to all interested persons.
The title means that the meeting must be described. You can assign each meeting to either an organization, a contact, or a prospect.
The meeting is in various states.
You can also create a reminder and workflow for it. For example, we have an automation to remind me of every meeting by email 1 day in advance and then an hour before the meeting.
You have the option of repeating the appointment.
We will then add more information to the description so that everyone involved knows what will be discussed.
