For Event Arena we implemented a specific customer management system – CRM. This system allows them to classify individual contacts and organizations, assigning them automatically according to this classification and appropriate regular care. Once an organization and contact is assigned a specific status in AutomaticERP, a set of activities to be performed with that contact in the future is automatically created and scheduled. Due to the complicated matrix system that the company uses to categorize their clients, we have created a tool within the CRM that allows them to customize each category and its associated activities with a few clicks. An Excel file is stored in the Documents in AutomaticERP that defines each category and its associated care. If they need to edit and reconfigure the Activities that belong to each Contact type, they simply edit this directly in the Excel file in AutoERP and then with one click, they transfer these settings into the system which creates the necessary set of Activities.

For Klasik s.r.o. we created First Expire First Out (FEFO) warehouse system with Android and Zebra readers for dumbylinek.cz e-shop.

For Natural Protein, we have created a system tailored to their needs that they can develop and of course grow with at any time. Primarily it was the development of a production system with a complete warehouse system, all connected to an e-shop. At the moment the system will be developed with additional functionalities.

For Bystrouška, a company that has been shooting, producing, post-producing professional videos and renting studios or equipment for 25 years, we have developed a tailor-made system that helps them manage all their employees and automate all tasks at the same time. In the system you will find, for example, a perfect link between the calendar and orders, planning and reality, but also automatic invoicing immediately after the order.

In their ERP system, which is of course completely in Slovak, we have implemented a complete management of the objects they look after, including an interactive map. In addition, an extensive invoicing and warehouse module with adaptation to all processes and of course to the legislation in Slovakia. Of course with links to suppliers and purchasing management. As part of project management, they prepare projects and tasks for the actual assembly and installation as well as for service calls and inspections, but also for the regular agenda. They have created handover protocols for all service and inspection assignments, which the customer signs on the spot in the CRM system. The entire business CRM process with the recording of customers, business cases, enquiries, quotations and their evaluation is a matter of course. The entire ERP system is complemented by analyses, reports and automation so that the management can run the company more efficiently and all employees can simplify their work.

We implemented a complete system for company management for our client Alis Tech s.r.o. Nowadays there are dozens of workflows that the client has already set up himself. He became completely independent of us. He has people in the company who know the system and thus he has the possibility to extend or automate the system at any time.

For a company in the renewable energy business, we created a system to manage the entire company (ERP). They needed a system that would allow them to record and handle business cases, automate as much of the store as possible while warehousing and invoicing, and many other functionalities, which you can find below.

For Energo Concept s.r.o. we have created a system for order management and project work records. Everything is automated and responsive. The client works for the state and needs to keep records of every job and to have records of hours and material used.

We have created a tailor-made system for Svatavské strojírny. Originally they only wanted project management. After that we added a document system, a CRM system with e-mail and more.
