For Event Arena we implemented a specific customer management system - CRM. This system allows them to classify individual contacts and organizations, assigning them automatically according to this classification and appropriate regular care.
Once an organization and contact is assigned a specific status in AutomaticERP, a set of activities to be performed with that contact in the future is automatically created and scheduled.
Due to the complicated matrix system that the company uses to categorize their clients, we have created a tool within the CRM that allows them to customize each category and its associated activities with a few clicks.
An Excel file is stored in the Documents in AutomaticERP that defines each category and its associated care. If they need to edit and reconfigure the Activities that belong to each Contact type, they simply edit this directly in the Excel file in AutoERP and then with one click, they transfer these settings into the system which creates the necessary set of Activities.
